This classical Assam black tea is grown on Mokalbari Tea Estate. The tea (rated TGFOP1) has a wiry leaf structure with golden tips. The steeped tea is full bodied with spicily scented aroma, malty notes, a rich taste and a beautiful copper color in the cup.

Founded in 1876, the tea plantation is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River in Upper Assam, India. Mokalbari Tea Estate is Rainforest Alliance Certified.
