Oolong Teas
Oolong teas are partially oxidized teas, which are traditionally processed in China and Taiwan. The flavor, aroma and color of these teas are determined by the processing techniques and are the most time consuming of teas to process. Repeated rolling of the tea leaves brings out the unique aromas and flavors of oolong teas.
The finished leaf and tea colors range from light green to dark brown, and the flavors range from mild and floral to strong and toasty. Some oolong teas have a fruity taste while others can have notes of floral and honey.
