This is the first Kessho Chocolate bar we tried and were immediately impressed with the pairing of Asian flavors with chocolate! The smooth dark chocolate is made with cacao from Uganda. Its fruity notes pair perfectly with the tangy plum flavor (umeboshi in Japanese).
