These beautiful, whole chrysanthemum flower steep a pale yellow color. The steeped tea has a delicious floral taste with a naturally mild sweetness. We recommend re-steeping the flowers multiple times.

Grown in China, the botanical name is Chrysanthemum morifolium. Chrysanthemum has been used within Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine for hundreds of years. Enjoy a warm cup as a digestif after a meal. It also makes a refreshing iced drink in hot weather.
