From the north of Fujian province, this rare black tea has an abundance of golden tips. The name refers to the twisted leaves which look like monkey hands.
The steeped tea is smooth with notes of malt, baked sweet potato and chocolate. Re-steep the tea leaves once or twice to enjoy the sweet aroma and flavor which changes with each steep.
