This Rock Oolong tea is harvested from a mountaintop tea garden in Fujian, China. As part of processing the tea, the tea master roasts the tea leaves to a medium oxidation level.
The finished leaves are long and twisted with complex, flowery notes and can be re-steeped two to three times. Enjoy the lingering sweetness in each steep.
