This bar is an organic 58% milk chocolate made in Sweden by Standout Craft Chocolate. Getmese (caramelized goat cheese) is a traditional Swedish food. It is made from goat milk whey that has been boiled down and caramelised. Getmese has been produced and eaten in Sweden ever since the Vikings.

Joined with the exceptional cacao from Öko Caribe in the Dominican Republic, this bar has sweet notes of caramel and creamy goat cheese.
