Hojicha is roasted Japanese green tea that originated from Kyoto. After steaming, the leaves are roasted to mellow bitterness and develop its unique nutty, roasty aroma. The process browns the tea, giving it an alluring chestnut-brown colour.
Made into a 53% milk chocolate using Ugandan Semuliki Forest organic cacao, the flavour is warm and comforting with a creamy texture. This craft chocolate bar is made by Fossa Chocolate in Singapore. 50 grams.
