Kukicha is made up of young twigs and stems from green tea plants. The steeped tea has a natural sweetness and light creaminess. Many tea drinkers in Japan enjoy its mild, pleasant flavor, plus it's lower in caffeine than other green teas.

Steep time: 1-2 minutes
