Chocolate & Tea Class
We are excited to partner with Lauren Adler, Chief Chocophile of the Chocolate Explorers Club™. Her mission is to inspire and lead you on a delicious journey of chocolate discovery!
In this class you’ll experience chocolate in a new way. You'll walk away with an understanding of how chocolate is made from the bean, what elements contribute to flavor in cacao and chocolate and what to consider when purchasing chocolate for yourself.
During the class, you’ll try five craft chocolates, including three single-origin and two with inclusions. In addition to tasting the chocolates on their own, you’ll be served two single-origin teas during the class.
You can try each chocolate with each tea to discover if the tea enhances certain notes in the chocolate. You’ll also learn about the origins of the teas, how they are processed and how to properly steep loose-leaf tea to get the optimal flavor.
The class is 90 minutes and limited to 8 people.
