This matcha is suitable for serving in a Japanese tea ceremony, or indulging yourself in the finest of matcha. Because the entire tea leaf is consumed as a powder rather than steeped tea leaves, matcha has a higher concentration of caffeine and antioxidants than are typically present in green tea.
