Join the LizzyKate Drink Rewards Program

We're excited to announce you can now join our digital Drink Rewards Program. The features include:
- a reward system for customer loyalty
- the ability to order your drinks in advance
- the ability to view your drink history
- a system to track your favorite drink(s)
- better accuracy and efficiency for our team when preparing your order.
Starting today, you'll earn one Point for every $0.50 spent on drinks in the shop, including hot tea, tea lattes, iced tea, and kombucha on tap. At this time, loose leaf tea and teaware are not part of the program.
We currently have two rewards levels:
- 100 Points ($50 spent): a free drink of your choice (up to $7 value)
- 320 Points ($160 spent): a LizzyKate glass mug
If you're already participating in the punch card program, you can convert those punches to Points on your next visit. Punches will convert at 8 Points per punch. We'll also continue to issue and honor punch cards for the foreseeable future for anyone who doesn't wish to participate in the digital Rewards Program. 10 punches will continue to earn one free drink of your choice (up to a $7 value).
We encourage you to set up an account before your next visit to the shop to save time at checkout. While setting up your account, you'll need to confirm you've read and agree to the Terms of Use that describe and govern the Drink Rewards Program and your participation in it. Sign up here.
